Take a clear stand. Make a difference.

Just do what matters.

Standing by their side.

Tomoni Mental Health is dedicated to the early detection and treatment of serious mental illness in children and adolescents. We support Tomoni both financially and through comprehensive legal advice free of charge (pro bono).

Giving perspective.

Starting a career is often difficult. Rotary Clubs and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce regularly organize high-profile career information days for thousands of young students. We have been actively supporting this project for many years by providing organizational and personnel assistance.

Shaping the future.

Simply running our law firm sustainably and planting new forests in our region more often. There is only one Earth. And our internal “GreenSpace” team sets the pace for us – trains instead of planes, reusable instead of disposable, digital instead of paper, LED instead of halogen, home office instead of commuting.

Promoting democracy.

The old Gutshaus der Zukunft Altfriedland in Brandenburg is a meeting place for democracy and culture. Courage comes from action. We support this work through financial donations.

Living diversity.

›I want to show my face because it would have helped me a lot during my own job search to have successful LGBTIQ+ lawyers as role models. Diversity enriches every working environment, whether it’s a law firm, court, government agency, or company.‹

Defending values.

Daniel Röder is the founder of the Pulse of Europe citizens’ movement for a united, democratic Europe. “Without the European Union, we Europeans will sink into global insignificance at best, and war at worst. More than ever, we must all work actively to preserve a united and effective Europe.

Creating equality.

Andreas von Oppen is one of the initiators of the #stayonboard initiative to strengthen maternity protection and parental leave for executive and supervisory board members. I got involved with #stayonboard because I think the cause is right and important. It was great to see that we were able to make a difference with our commitment.

Promoting creativity.

Jens-Wilhelm Oberwinter is a member of the board of trustees of the Jürgen Ponto Foundation for the promotion of young artists. It is particularly important to me to support young artists who are at the beginning of their careers. Art and culture make an extremely important contribution to the development of a free spirit and thus to a diverse and functioning democracy.
